NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage has begun a new process to better serve your meter needs. We have created this Web page to expedite the process and to communicate more effectively. Here you will find valuable information that can be used to evaluate and understand our tap process. Some changes you will notice are:
- More information available prior to site visit.
- Availability of cost estimates.
- Reduction in time from request to installation.
- Customer obtains Electronic Measurement from approved vendors.
- Availability of forms on website.
- Payment with our executed Meter Set Agreement earlier in the process.
- Acceptance of landowner information.
