Granite State Gas Transmission
Granite State Gas Transmission operates 86 miles of underground natural gas pipeline in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, transporting gas from other pipeline companies to help meet the energy needs of the region.
NiSource and Unitil Corp. recently announced an agreement where Unitil will purchase Granite State Gas Transmission from NiSource. The transaction is expected to be complete by the end of 2008. Read more below.
