Millennium Pipeline
The Millennium Pipeline is a new 182-mile, 30-inch diameter pipeline extending across the southern tier of New York State from Corning to Ramapo, providing natural gas supplies to customers including National Grid, Con Edison, Central Hudson Gas & Electric, and Orange & Rockland Utilities. Millennium Pipeline began flowing natural gas in December of 2008, marking the beginning of a new era of energy supply diversity and reliability for New York and the Northeast.
Columbia Gas Transmission is operator of Millennium Pipeline and parent company NiSource is a a 47.5 percent partner. Other joint owners are National Grid and DTE Energy.
